Secular Discalced Carmelites to meet in Peoria Heights
PEORIA HEIGHTS -- The Secular Discalced Carmelite Community of Mary, Mother of the Blessed Sacrament will meet on Saturday, July 14, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 904 E. Lake Ave. A rosary at 11 a.m. will be followed by Mass at 11:30 a.m. in the daily Mass chapel. A formation meeting in the kitchen/dining room at noon will include a short business meeting, study and discussion. Please bring a sack lunch. Visitors are welcome.
